1 General Terms & Definitions

3 Account Registration & Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

jza9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through accounts registered in the same person's name.

In cases of suspicious transactions, money laundering, or fraudulent activity, jza9 reserves the right to hold any payment and close the account. Relevant authorities may be notified in such cases.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

jza9 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit + bonus combined).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. You must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing this ৳1,000 bonus. Or: depositing ৳12,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing your total to ৳17,000.

• Specific terms apply to each bonus offer. Full details can be found on the relevant offer page.
• A bonus offer can only be claimed once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• jza9 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if it appears to be misused.
• Bonus offers apply only to the person in whose name the account is registered.
• Bonus balance and real money are tracked separately.

The VIP program consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — offering weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.7%, and 1.0% respectively. Advancement through VIP tiers is determined based on activity.

6 Betting Rules & Restrictions

All betting and gaming activity on jza9 is governed by specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which you are advised to read before starting the game.

• jza9 reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding bets affected by technical errors or system failures.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of a match in sports betting, the decision of the relevant sporting authority will be considered final.
• Placing bets on the same event through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Betting limits may apply to specific matches or events. These limits may be changed without prior notice.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or cancelled, particularly during live result updates.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jza9 and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using another person's account or operating multiple accounts.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, such as submitting chargeback requests.
• Gaining a betting advantage through software bots, automation, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to jza9's systems.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the fair environment of the platform.

jza9 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in any account involved in prohibited activities and to take legal action if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jza9 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases — is owned by or licensed to jza9. Copying, distributing, modifying, or republishing this content without prior written permission is prohibited.
